By accessing this site, submitting an application, or using any tool on the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, a US resident, and have legal authority to apply for financing on behalf of the business you represent.
3. The service
Fund My Equipment publishes informational content about equipment financing and routes applications to a partner lender network. We are not a lender. We do not underwrite or fund. Approvals, rates, terms, and structures are determined by the partner lender after their own underwriting.
4. Application accuracy
You agree that the information you submit on the application form is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Material misrepresentations may void any quote or funded transaction with the partner lender and may be reported to credit bureaus.
5. No guarantee
We do not guarantee approval, any specific rate, term, or structure. The illustrative payment estimates on calculators are informational only.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, images, logos, code) is owned by Fund My Equipment or licensed to us. You may quote up to 250 words of editorial content with attribution and a link back. For longer reproduction, email editorial@fundmyequipment.com.
7. Prohibited uses
You may not: scrape the site at a rate that disrupts service; submit applications you do not intend to follow up on; impersonate another business or person; circumvent security measures.
8. Disclaimers
The site and tools are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all information is current. Section 179 calculator estimates assume a 25% blended federal rate; consult your tax advisor for your actual situation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fund My Equipment is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any application routed through it. Our maximum aggregate liability is $100.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Fund My Equipment against any claim arising from your misrepresentation on an application, breach of these terms, or violation of any third-party right.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, except you retain the right to bring claims in small-claims court and to bring claims for injunctive relief in any competent court.

We may update these terms; the “last reviewed” date below reflects the latest update. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page for 30 days after the change.
