TCPA Consent Disclosure

The exact consent language used on our application form, what it covers, and how to revoke.

The consent text

By checking this box, I authorize Fund My Equipment and its partner lender(s) to contact me at the phone number and email above with information about my application, including by automated telephone dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and SMS. I understand consent is not a condition of purchase, that message and data rates may apply, and that I may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or by emailing apply@fundmyequipment.com.

What this covers

  • Who can contact you: Fund My Equipment and the single partner lender we match you to.
  • How: phone calls (including auto-dialed), prerecorded or artificial-voice messages, SMS text messages, and email.
  • About what: only your application. We do not contact you about unrelated products. We do not share your number with marketing lists.
  • Frequency: typical contact during the underwriting period (1 to 3 business days) is 1 to 3 messages. We do not text or call after the application closes.

Your rights

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase or approval. If you do not check the consent box, we cannot contact you by phone or SMS, but you can still apply and we will only contact you by email.
  • You can revoke at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or by emailing apply@fundmyequipment.com. We honor STOP requests within 30 seconds (SMS) and 1 business day (email).
  • Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates for SMS apply to messages we send.

What we do not do

  • We do not call or text you without your explicit checkbox consent on the application form.
  • We do not share your phone number with marketing aggregators, lead resellers, or any third party other than the matched partner lender.
  • We do not send marketing SMS. All SMS is related to your application.
  • We do not call before 8am or after 9pm in your time zone.

When you check the consent box and submit the form, we log the exact consent text, the timestamp (UTC), and a hashed version of your IP. We retain this record for 5 years after consent is revoked or the application closes, whichever is later.

Reporting violations

If you believe you received a call or message in violation of this disclosure or the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), email compliance@fundmyequipment.com with the date, time, phone number, and content of the message. We investigate every report within 5 business days.
