Plain-English disclosure of every commercial relationship we have, every fee, and every conflict of interest. This is the page we point to from every CTA, rate table, and lender card.
How we get paid
Fund My Equipment is paid by partner lenders when applications we route are funded. The compensation is a flat fee or a percentage of the financed amount, depending on the partner’s program. We do not charge applicants.
Partner lenders
Our partner lenders pay us. We mark every partner clearly on lender directory pages, comparison tables, and routing explanations. Non-partner lenders may appear on pages for editorial completeness; we do not earn from those.
The current partner list is on the partners page and is updated when partners are added or removed.
How routing works
When you submit an application, we evaluate the equipment type, asset price, your credit tier, time in business, and your state. We route the application to a single partner lender whose program best matches that profile. The match is determined by our published partner-claim-matrix, not by which partner pays us most.
You can request additional quotes from other lenders. Email apply@fundmyequipment.com after applying.
What this means for you
- The application is free.
- The quote from the partner lender is determined by the lender, not by us. Our compensation does not affect the rate they quote.
- You are under no obligation to accept any quote.
- We do not see, store, or sell your credit report.
Editorial and commercial separation
Our editorial team writes guides, comparisons, glossary terms, and research independently of any commercial relationship. A partner cannot pay to influence what we write about them, about any topic, or to suppress content. See how we write for the full editorial process.
No legal, tax, or accounting advice
Content on this site is informational. Section 179 examples, depreciation estimates, and lease-vs-buy comparisons are illustrative. Consult your CPA or tax advisor for your specific situation.
No guarantee of approval
Loan approval, rate, term, and structure are determined by the partner lender after their own underwriting. We do not guarantee approval. Pre-qualification is a soft-pull credit check and does not commit either you or the lender to a transaction.
