E-Sign Consent

Your consent to receive disclosures, agreements, and other documents electronically rather than on paper.

What you are consenting to

When you check the e-sign consent box (or proceed past a screen that says you are consenting), you agree to receive the following electronically rather than on paper:

  • Loan agreements, lease agreements, and equipment-finance agreements (EFAs) issued by the partner lender we route you to.
  • Privacy notices, fee disclosures, and other regulated disclosures.
  • Notices of approval, decline, or change in terms.
  • Tax documents (year-end interest statements, 1098-style forms, lender-issued tax documents).

Hardware and software you need

To view and retain electronic disclosures, you need:

  • An internet-connected device (computer, tablet, or phone).
  • A modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge – last two major versions).
  • A working email account.
  • The ability to view PDF files (most modern devices have this built in).
  • The ability to retain electronic records (download to your device or save to cloud storage).

You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing our contact form with the subject line “Withdraw e-sign consent.” After withdrawal, the partner lender will mail paper copies of future disclosures to the mailing address on your application. Withdrawal does not affect documents you already received electronically.

Requesting paper copies

Even with e-sign consent active, you can request a paper copy of any document by emailing our contact form. We may charge a reasonable fee for paper copies (typically $5 per document) to cover handling.

Updating your contact information

Keep your email address current so you can receive disclosures. Update it by emailing our contact form.
